Privacy Policy

Effective 26 August 2026

BrainRush is a mobile quiz game published by Yassine Rouhi (“we”). This policy explains what data is handled when you use the app.

1. Data kept only on your device

BrainRush stores your game progress locally: scores, coins, day streak, settings and onboarding state. This information is never sent to a BrainRush server — we do not operate one.

You can erase it at any time by clearing the app’s data in Android settings, or by uninstalling the app.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

BrainRush shows ads through Google Mobile Ads: rewarded ads that you choose to watch, and capped interstitial ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share:

Google states it uses this data for advertising, measurement and analytics, and for fraud prevention. Data sent by the SDK is encrypted in transit.

3. Consent and ad choices

Where the law requires it, BrainRush asks for your choice before requesting any ads. Depending on your region and your choice, Google may serve personalised, non-personalised, limited or technical-only ads.

You can change your mind at any time. Open Settings → Privacy & ad consent inside the app to review or withdraw your choice. On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising ID in the device privacy settings.

4. Accounts, purchases and sensitive data

The current version of BrainRush does not create user accounts, does not use a BrainRush backend, and does not process any payment. It does not request access to precise location, contacts, camera or microphone.

5. Children

BrainRush is intended for people aged 13 and over. This is the audience declared on Google Play, and the app is not designed for children: no child-oriented characters, no school content, no mechanics aimed at young players.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with data, contact us at the address below and we will delete it.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the age of consent varies by country. The Google consent form accounts for this.

6. Changes

This policy may be updated when features, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be updated accordingly.
